Hi, I'm Nicole McDonald the designer and maker of Eco Collective Australia that has now been my creative business for the last two years. Still working from my studio at home and enjoying the flexibility and freedom it gives me to be around for my two children Phoenix and Etienne. What excites me about what I do is the creative process of having an idea and seeing it come into reality. Thriving on the fact that my unique creations are worn all over the globe having been crafted by my own two hands. Conscious about what impact the fashion industry has on our planet I try and source materials locally and minimise waste through designs and selling my scraps to other crafty souls. I also donate a tree to CarbonNeutral for every bag sold to offset any emissions caused during production or shipping.
